Her professional background includes admissions leadership, recruitment and retention strategy, organizational development, leadership training, event planning and execution, volunteer coordination, professional development, and systems implementation. She has trained university leaders, school district professionals, ministry teams, and emerging leaders in communication, leadership effectiveness, organizational growth, and vision execution.

As a visionary strategist, producer, director, and creative consultant, Renée also works alongside individuals, entrepreneurs, ministry leaders, and organizations seeking guidance in developing and bringing their visions to life.
